Brooke Cockrell

Brooke is the Managing Director of Shareholder Services and has been with the company for 21 years. As Managing Director, she for oversees trade entry, the shareholder call center, and shareholder statement fulfillment. She is also the AML compliance officer for Nottingham Shareholder Services and works with a third party administrator for blue sky compliance of our funds.

Before joining the Nottingham team, Brooke worked for a local vision insurance company as an insurance claims specialist. She attended Campbell University and Barton College to pursue a degree in Elementary Education.
